Ristretto 2010 Prize Draw - Results!
Come 11am, after a busy morning at our two Perth CBD locations it was time for a walk up to Ristretto @ 160 Central Arcade. A walk with a purpose, I was off to draw the winners for this year’s Prize Draw at Ristretto!
Firstly ahead of the results, a thank you out to all the entrants for participating.

Guest Coffeess at Ristretto 160 Central and HOWARD...
Ristretto is currently relocating its roastworks to become part of an exciting New Northbridge. To make up for some reduced capacity we have arranged a line up of guest coffees from some equally mad about good coffee roasters from around OZ.
Right now: Guest coffees from Market Lane (Prahran, Melbourne) and Mecca Espresso (Sydney CBD and Chippendale) are being offered late this week and into...

1950's Coffee in Perth - "The Coffee Pot"... →
“The 1950s were years of change and modernisation in Perth. Young people adopted a sense of glamour and European sophistication.” - might be interesting! The exhibition will focus on two extraordinary places in Perth during this time, which encouraged these new ideas to flourish: the Coolbaroo Club (1947-1960) and the Coffee Pot (1956-1979).

Ristretto turns 3! Time to Celebrate!
From 6:30am through till 3:15pm Mon-Fri at a small well equipped 7 square meter space in Perth’s CBD (known as “Ristretto” for that fact) we’ve been preparing and serving specialty grade coffee and sharing the stories and work of some great farmers now for THREE YEARS!
After an “intensive” year let’s use this as an excuse to look around and look deeper at...

Tentative Date for WA Barista (plus Cupping and...
I know many have been waiting for this info - we’ve had a handful of queries every week at Ristretto for some time now… Well… Pencil this in your diary: 6th and 7th of November. As usual expect a big weekend of fine coffee - tipped to be making a return to the grandeur of Perth Town Hall.
Great to have this info trickle our way. Good luck and times to all those involved in organising,...
