Winners! Congratulations to locals John Craft, right (Ristretto Coffee Roasters, 160 Central Arcade) and David Christie, centre (Howard Street Coffee, by Ristretto) who came 1st and 3rd respectively at Last Weekend’s Coffee Cup-Tasting championship. John’s off to Melbourne with travel and accommodation costs paid and free entry into the national finals at the Melbourne International Coffee Expo in May. The two are pictured with Jay Holland, left (Roaster, Five Senses Coffee Rockingham) who came in a solid second.
