Great to see the new year in! At Ristretto Perth we are expecting the first batch of Aeropress metal filter disks by Coava Coffee company of Portland, Oregon. Tipped to make a good thing better (they allow more coffee oils through than paper filters and are re-usable), we can’t wait to geek out and test them. A few will be available from this initial small batch with more arriving in early February. Here in Perth any day now, cost $18. We will be organising an Aeropress meet-up this side of Easter.
