Single Origin Offerings at Ristretto

We have two enjoyable single origin (single farm/ local) coffees offered on rotation at Ristretto 160 Central Arcade (160 St Georges Tce) and Howard Street Coffee 22 Howard Street (rear 89 St Georges Tce) Perth. This is the third year running we have enjoyed selections from their farm and we’re pleased to say this year’s green is the best ever!

Finca La Fany, Apaneca Ilamatepec Mountains, El Salvador - (espresso roast) lovely Bourbon varietal. Nice creamy mouthfeel with good caramel aroma and flavour. Sugary with a bit of a tingle. Tried some light roasts for filter which have been very encouraging and look out for this at our pour over bar and board.

Herabazu, Occidental Valley, Costa Rica - Washed Caturra and Villa Sarchi varietal Arabica coffee from one of the first Costa Rican farms that independently commenced milling on site to explore and develop what their coffee could be. Lovely citrus, sugary qualities. Very smooth and balanced.

Look out for some retail bags of whole beans at the counters. $14/ 250g freshly roasted.
